Start ASL can work alongside most LMS platforms by providing students with access to their Start ASL courses through links, assignments, modules, or course pages.
Can Start ASL Integrate Directly with My LMS?
Start ASL does not currently offer direct gradebook synchronization or LMS integration.
Instead, schools typically use their LMS as a central access point while students complete their ASL coursework on the Start ASL platform.
In this setup:
Your LMS serves as the student portal.
Start ASL serves as the learning platform.
Students access and complete lessons directly on Start ASL.
Using Start ASL with Canvas
Canvas is one of the most common LMS platforms used with Start ASL.
Recommended Setup
Create a module, page, or assignment in Canvas.
Add a link to the Start ASL login page.
Direct students to complete their coursework on the Start ASL platform.
Students will:
Log into Canvas.

Grade Management
