Overview

The Start ASL Classroom License is designed for schools, teachers, homeschool co-ops, and educational organizations that want to teach ASL directly in the classroom.

Unlike our Online Course options, Classroom Licenses are intended for teacher-led instruction. The teacher uses the curriculum and materials to teach the course while students complete classroom activities, assignments, and homework under the teacher's guidance.

Why is the Classroom License an annual license?

Yes, that’s correct—our Classroom License is offered as an annual license. The license includes everything you need to teach in the classroom, along with student materials and access for completing homework on our website.

We use an annual model so schools always have access to the most current curriculum, including updates, improvements, and any new materials we add—without needing to repurchase or manage different editions over time. It also ensures continued access to our online homework system and support resources.
