  • Enrolled after April 2026? Log into the New Platform
  • Enrolled before April 2026? Log into the Legacy Platform



Step 2: Reset Your Password

If your password is not working:

  1. Open the login page.

  2. Click Lost Your Password?

  3. Follow the instructions to reset your password.


Step 3: Check Your Email

Password reset emails may take a few minutes to arrive.

Be sure to check:

  • Spam folder

  • Junk folder

  • Promotions folder


Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be removed as part of routine account maintenance.

If you are trying to access a previous purchase and no longer have access, a member of our team may be able to review your purchase information and assist you.
