We take great precautions to keep our students' information safe and secure, so we appreciate your understanding of our security protocols.

If you are receiving a full-page error message and are unable to access the website at all, here are some suggestions for trying to clear up the issue:

  1. Sometimes issues are merely temporary blocks and resolve on their own. If this is the case, you just need to do the following:
    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies (Instructions: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/)
    2. If you have entered your password incorrectly more than 5 times, you may be locked out temporarily. You will need to wait until your lockout expires and then reset your password as soon as you gain access again.
  2. Make sure your Operating System (OS) and web browser(s) are updated to the latest versions. See: https://browsehappy.com/
    1. Any operating systems older than Windows 7 must be updated for security purposes.
  3. Try using the Chrome or Firefox browser. Our site works best with these browsers.
  4. Try to think of any browser extensions you have installed that might be sending or receiving data in the background while you browse.
    1. If there are any, and you don't fully trust them, you should uninstall them.
  5. Try to think of any browser extensions you have installed that might be interfering with normal website functionality.
    1. When we say "Normal Website Functionality", these can include:
      • HTTP/2.0 functionality
      • JavaScript
      • Cookies
      • Web Storage
      • etc.
    2. If there are any browser extensions that interfere with normal website functionality, you should deactivate or uninstall them.
    3. If you have made any significant changes to your browser settings that may interfere with normal browser functionality, please revert these changes.
    4. If necessary, you may need to uninstall and re-install your browser. This should only take a minute or two. Use the Browse Happy link above.
  6. Try to think of any newly installed applications or programs on your computer that might possibly be sending or receiving data in the background.
    1. If there are any, and you don't fully trust them, you should uninstall them.
  7. Use a strong security application that has both anti-virus and anti-malware capabilities (like BitDefender).
    1. Run thorough scans on all machines on your network: Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones, IoT devices, etc.
    2. Make sure you are practicing good security habits (along with anyone else using your devices/network).
  8. If this does not clear up the issue for you, you may want to do a temporary workaround:
    1. Access the website on a different computer, on a different network (Internet Service Provider) from the one you are blocked on.
    2. Try to use a friend's computer, or one at a business, school, etc. It needs to be a different machine from the one you were using, and needs to be at a different location.
    3. If you can successfully access the site from this different machine, please let us know, and provide details to our support team so we can look into it further.
  9. These are only suggestions.
    1. We can provide suggestions, but keep in mind that if there is an update or security issue on your computer or network, you'll need to be sure to address those in order to access our site.
