The best way to contact your Start ASL instructor with any ASL questions you have is to send a chat message within the course.
You can send a chat message when on a course or lesson page by:
- Clicking the blue chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen,
- Selecting the Instructor/Student Support channel.
This is illustrated in the image below:
After you send a chat message, your instructor will receive it and get back to you as soon as they can during their business hours.
IMPORTANT: If you have Technical or Account/Order-related support questions, do not ask your instructor. Be sure to choose the correct channel (or submit a new ticket here: https://support.startasl.com) so your questions will be routed to the right department.
