If you are trying to comment on our site and receiving a message that your comment may be spam, try these steps to get your comment submitted:


  1. Make sure your comment is long enough. To truly add to a discussion, your comment should be at least a couple sentences long. 
  2. Check your Display Name on your Account Details page: https://www.startasl.com/my-account/edit-account. Your Display Name can be edited in the box above where it says, "This will be how your name will be displayed in the account section and in reviews." Please make sure that your Display Name is an actual name with no special characters. 


Then, please try to submit your comment again. If it still doesn't work, please open a support ticket so we can help.
