You can easily manage your course subscription from your My Account page. Just click on My Account and click Subscriptions then View next to the subscription you would like to manage. 


Update your Payment Method:

  • Visit your Account page: https://www.startasl.com/my-account/
  • Click the Subscription tab.
  • Click View next to the subscription you need to edit (if applicable)
  • Click Change Payment
  • Enter your new payment details
  • Click Change Payment Method button.


Manage a Failed payment:

If you have a failed payment for your subscription renewal, you will need to make a payment before it will be reactivated. 

  • Visit your Account page: https://www.startasl.com/my-account/
  • Click the Subscription tab.
  • Click View next to the subscription you need to edit (if applicable)
  • Scroll down to Related Orders
  • Click Pay next to the failed order.  
  • Complete checkout.


Upgrade/Downgrade Your Subscription


To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:

  • First, cancel your current subscription using the instructions below. It is best to do this close to, but before your subscription renewal date.
  • Then, sign up for the new subscription of your choice from this page: http://online.startasl.com
  • Note: Make sure you sign up using the same account so all of your course progress will be saved. 


Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go, but canceling is easy!

  • Visit your Account page: https://www.startasl.com/my-account/
  • Click the Subscription tab.
  • Click View next to the subscription you need to edit (if applicable)
  • Click Cancel
  • Your subscription will be canceled. You will still have access to the courses until the end of your payment period. You will not be charged again.
